Sanctionable conduct includes: disruption, refusal to follow instructor directions, harassment or abusive language, dishonesty\/falsification, misuse of property, impairment on campus, or any violation of SEVP\/F-1 rules. Investigations follow policy; outcomes can include warnings, probation, suspension, or dismissal. Teacher assignments are determined by AFI.<\/p><h2>3.\u00a0 School Rules &amp; SEVP Compliance<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Full-time:<\/strong> minimum 18 instructional hours\/week.<\/li><li><strong>Attendance:<\/strong> minimum 80%. Tardies\/early departures are recorded; falling below 80% may result in SEVIS termination.<\/li><li><strong>Academic progress:<\/strong> satisfactory progress required.<\/li><li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> address\/contact\/sponsor changes must be reported within 10 days.<\/li><li><strong>Transfers\/program changes:<\/strong> coordinate with DSO\/PDSO; out-of-status students may be released only as terminated under SEVP rules.<\/li><li><strong>Employment:<\/strong> limited; authorization required.<\/li><\/ul><h2>4.\u00a0 Enrollment, Payments &amp; Accounts<\/h2><ul><li>Tuition\/fees are published; deadlines apply.<\/li><li>Prepaid tuition for future sessions is <strong>non-refundable after classes begin<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Past-due accounts may result in holds on registration, transcripts, or certificates.<\/li><\/ul><h2>5.\u00a0 Communications &amp; Official Notices<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Email is the official channel;<\/strong> SMS may be used for reminders.<\/li><li>Admissions\/tuition\/refunds: <a href=\"mailto:admissions@afint.com\">admissions@afint.com<\/a>.<\/li><li>SEVIS\/immigration: <a href=\"mailto:fatima@afint.com\">fatima@afint.com<\/a> (DSO Office).<\/li><li>Students must keep their contact info current.<\/li><\/ul><h2>6.\u00a0 Complaint Resolution &amp; Appeals<\/h2><ul><li>Submit concerns\/appeals in writing; AFI responds in writing.<\/li><li>Interim measures may be used for classroom safety.<\/li><li>Arbitration\/venue terms in the Enrollment Agreement apply where relevant.<\/li><\/ul><h2>7.\u00a0 Authority &amp; Updates<\/h2><p>The <strong>Catalog<\/strong> and <strong>Enrollment Agreement<\/strong> control if there\u2019s any discrepancy. AFI may update policies to comply with law, SEVP guidance, or accreditation standards.
